Had a great 4th of July weekend with some friends at a house on the Colorado river. It was crazy hot, but we just spent all day on boats in the river, partying and eating. I also turned 24 on Monday, thank you to all my Facebook friends who I don’t actually know for sending their wishes. This weekend wasn’t the most conducive to a great training session, but I decided to get after it anyways.

Box Jumps

  • 5 x 2 at 47″

Squat

  • Bar x 20
  • 135 x 2 x 5
  • 225 x 5
  • 275 x 3
  • 345 (50%) x 5
  • 410 (60%) x 3
  • 480 (70%) x 2
  • 515 (75%) x 1
  • 550 (80%) x 11

I smoked this and felt good for at least two more, but 11 was my goal coming in and I’m just trying to work my plan.

Called it a day after this, I will work some accessory work in with my prowler pushing tomorrow.
